Created and directed by Virginie Bienaimé, Bérylune’s Mirror is the new tale from the Equestrian Troop in the Great Stables.

On Christmas Eve, the streets are packed, passers-by are doing their last bit of shopping and poor Fantine is desperately trying to sell her matches. It’s freezing cold and the little girl is exhausted. To warm her hands, she rubs a match. Just one match…

Suddenly, the fairy Berylune appears: a small, hunched old woman, one-eyed and lame. She may not look the part, but she is indeed a fairy! She has a mission of the highest importance for Fantine: to recover the Queen’s stolen mirror.

And so begins a most astonishing investigation, with some strange characters along the way: Narcissus, Alice in Wonderland, Monsieur Scrooge, the Stepmother…
